Unlike a standard photo engraving, your original photograph is first digitally transformed into our detailed Artisan engraving style. Computer-assisted artwork is used to recreate the photograph with fine lines, cross-hatching and hand-drawn textures that are more suitable for engraving onto wood.

Please note: this product is not a direct reproduction of the original photograph. Your image will be digitally adjusted and computer generated into an artistic illustration before it is prepared and engraved. Small details, shading and background elements may be simplified to produce a clearer and more attractive engraving.

• Avoid heavily filtered, blurry or very dark photographs.
• Higher-resolution photographs will produce more detailed artwork.
