How long until my order is dispatched?
Every piece is made to order, so please allow 3–5 working days before it ships. Once it's dispatched you'll get a tracking email — delivery within Ireland usually takes a further 1–3 working days.
Do you ship outside Ireland?
Not at the moment — QuickCuts currently ships within Ireland only.
Can I personalise a QuickCuts item?
Some items can be — if a piece is customisable you'll see an option to add your own text right on the product page. If there's no customisation field shown, that item ships exactly as pictured. For fully personalised photo engravings, that's a different process on our
main site.
Are these mass-produced?
No. Everything in QuickCuts is cut to order on our own laser in our workshop in Ireland — nothing is pulled from a warehouse or drop-shipped in.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — unused, non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised items are only returnable if they arrive damaged or faulty. Full details are on our

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Get in touch within 7 days of delivery with a few clear photos of the damage, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. See

How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely through Stripe, so you can pay by card.
Do you take bulk or business orders?
Yes, but that runs through our main site rather than QuickCuts, since bulk and custom orders need proofs and approval.
